This is a review of my ISM experience, several months after my repair. My rear, passenger side, window had been smashed out and was replaced. ISM did replace the window, however, the window trim they re-installed is now peeling. It appears they used a shoddy double sided tape, or tried to re-use the old tape; so now it is peeling up, and isn’t flush with the car window/door. This is unacceptable. When I had initially picked up my vehicle, random items had been left in my trunk, such as: a metal pole, and fan. In addition, I had a small knife that had been in the vehicle, prior to my vehicle being turned into ISM for repair, and IT WENT MISSING! I attempted to message them, and they completely ghosted me. They are a shady business, and I would recommend going elsewhere. Additionally, the leather seat from where my window had been smashed, was cleaned up, and it appears that there’s a few small tears on my seat, which would’ve happen when the glass was “cleaned up”, probably just wiped out and didn’t use a shop vac. I also found additional glass that was blatantly obviously not cleaned up. The fact that they charged the insurance to clean the glass is laughable, since they didn’t. They charged 2 hours of labor at $93 an hour to “clean” the glass. Scammers. I will be contacting Geico to make sure they know about ISM’s quality, and fraudulent charges they fluff up to get more money.
